Anchors Away

Sometimes you don't need a lot of fuss to make a statement with your outfit. I bought this anchor belt a while ago (because I am absolutely obsessed with all things nautical) and I find that it spruces up even the simplest outfits - like this one.

After a week of really poor weather, the sun is finally shining again. With all the rain and gloom, it was hard to put together Spring looks and photograph them. So, after a week held up in my apartment, I was excited to step out to the famers market in this look. The bright pants...the sun shining - hello Spring!

Mellow Yellow

In honor of the start of Spring, I went out and bought some yellow jeans. It was somewhat of an impulse buy, but they are quite the mood booster. Paired with this fun purple sweater, I am ready for spring!

Boyish Charm

Most days I feel sexiest in a unique mens button down, leggings and boots. Sometimes I'll even grab one of my boyfriend's watches to complete the look. This is one of my go to comfort outfits that I can run errands in and still feel sexy.

This tweed jacket is a recent addition to my wardrobe and has been a great piece to just throw on a feel so put together.

When I woke up this morning to the chilly breeze coming through our bedroom window, I immediately began to think about the layers I would need to stay warm today. As I stood in front of my closet (or the open wall I have converted into a closet) I saw a few of my go to layering items.
